Payment your way. Money straight to you.

The AI creates a link against your own Razorpay account with the amount, the order reference and an expiry, and sends it in the chat. When the customer pays, Razorpay tells us, we check the signature, and the order confirms by itself. You do nothing. This is the only fully automatic method, and the dashboard nudges you toward it for exactly that reason.

The AI shares your UPI ID and the exact amount, then asks for the reference number once the customer has paid. It will never mark the order paid on its own, because a screenshot and a promise are not proof. Instead you get a card in the Needs You queue showing the amount, the claimed reference and any screenshot, with two buttons: Received, or Not received. One tap and the order moves.

Same flow as UPI. The AI shares your account details and asks for the reference, and you confirm receipt with one tap when the money lands.

The AI confirms the address, states the total and asks the customer to confirm the order. Your rules decide when COD is even offered: a maximum order value, a lower limit for first-time customers, a COD charge, and which pincodes you actually serve.
